If Aqanum doesn't help you, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and we refund the full one-time payment. No questions asked. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

AI agent runs

You are charged for an agent run only when its report is ready. If a run fails, the hold on your card is released automatically. If a completed report is clearly broken or empty, write to us and we will refund that run.

After 14 days

Lifetime access purchases are not refundable after 14 days, except where required by law.
